On the Waterfront

So the majority of the new work coming into our borough is all along the north of borough, the South Bank of the river, not all of it comes under the scrutiny of local authority Building Conotrol, and the majority of the cash value work goes to private Approved Building Control Inspectors, so here we are at one of the wharfs that up until recently were used as they were originally intended as warehouses, and then in the ninetys began the development and the conversion of the warehouses to residential units. The only problem is when the tides out - the mud gets quite sticky!
